1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jl779," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jl779 online gaming platform accessible at jl779.net, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jl779 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with jl779.
• "Balance" means the PHP or equivalent currency funds held within a Player's jl779 Account, comprising real money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the jl779 website, mobile browser interface, game library, sportsbook, and all associated features and services.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any supplemental rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jl779. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jl779 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with jl779, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not accessing jl779 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on jl779 or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by jl779 for a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the jl779 registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a unique email address. You must also set a secure password for your Account. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. jl779 may at its sole discretion decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons.

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on jl779 at any given time. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, jl779 will close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jl779 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jl779 immediately via the live chat support channel. jl779 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jl779 may at any time require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures by submitting supporting documents, which may include: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jl779 may result in Account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal processing, or Account closure. Document submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jl779 customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure does not relieve either party of obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl779 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jl779 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete); the amount requested must not exceed your available real-money Balance after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements; and you must withdraw to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account. jl779 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Currency

The functional currency of jl779 is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated. USDT transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by jl779.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl779 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions, unusual deposit patterns, or where required by applicable law. jl779 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jl779 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit will be specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl779 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging, arbitrage) to fulfill wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, jl779 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending Account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated free bet credits that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on jl779 is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on jl779, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game interface display and the underlying game engine result, the result recorded by jl779's gaming system shall be final and binding.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on jl779. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by jl779 at any time without prior notice. jl779 reserves the right to apply individual Account betting limits where it determines this to be appropriate.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Games

A bet may be declared void by jl779 if: it was placed after an event has concluded; the underlying game or event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a technical error materially affected the game outcome; or the odds or game parameters were published in error. In all such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

6.4 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on jl779, including those covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, Premier League, and other leagues, are subject to the specific sports betting rules available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to latency or technical issues — may be voided at jl779's discretion.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl779 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where collusion affects outcomes;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or manipulation of any sporting event;
• Using jl779 to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of illegal activity;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jl779 staff or other players.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jl779 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited activity, jl779 may take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's Account; void all or any portion of the Player's bets and winnings; forfeit the entire Account Balance; recover from the Player any amounts previously withdrawn that were the product of prohibited conduct; and report the Player to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

jl779 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. All responsible gaming tools described in this section are available free of charge to all registered Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jl779 Platform, including but not limited to the jl779 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of jl779 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jl779. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

jl779 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond jl779's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. jl779 shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of Platform downtime or interruption.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl779's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jl779 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

10.3 Force Majeure

jl779 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond jl779's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet disruptions, or civil unrest.

11 Privacy & Data

jl779 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with jl779, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jl779 support. jl779 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by jl779

jl779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; jl779 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; jl779 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk; or jl779 ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination by either party, jl779 will process any eligible real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

13 Amendments

jl779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jl779 will provide registered Players with advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the jl779 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jl779 encourages Players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
